  As a local franchise owner who buys a fair amount of paint I was excited to use SW by my house. I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I was treated so disrespectfully in any retail setting. Brandis was very upset that I showed up at 630 (30 minutes before close) and that she may have to stay 5 minutes after close for a $1000 order. She even informed me why she couldn't stay late. I asked for the grey paint swatches and the entire rack was out. How can a paint store run out of swatches especially of the most popular colors?
  I then asked to look at a paint book and Brandis informed me that I could purchase one for $13.50....how rude? After my purchase, Brandis turned the lights off 10 minutes before closing time and I had to load the $1000 worth of paint in my car by myself. I was basically shoved out the door with their dolly and locked out. I am sorry that I gave my business to this location. If I owned this franchise I would be mortified.
