  i have been a hesitant customer (because of the price of the dealerships),however their service is terrible. every time i go in for service the problem is never resolved. ken the owner says he wants to know the problems but never resolve them. (ie.check engine light, convertible top, etc.)too many to list. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. scratches on my cars and i own 5 mercedes. dirty door and floor carpet is to be expected. parts not put back in place. old parts put on and charged as new.
