  I began working with Dr. Balmes of Endvr Health after 3 months of rehab for an ACL reconstruction at another facility. The difference in the level of care and attention is staggering. At the old facility, I was one of several patients at a time and barely had the attention of the therapist working with me. It would be up to me to take myself through the exercises and be sure that I wasn't doing any harm in the process. With Dr. Balmes, I have gotten one-on-one care. His attention and level of skill not only allowed me to return to skiing 10 months after reconstruction but has allowed to continue to train and strengthen for my various activity. Along with rehabbing my ACL, Endvr Health addressed residual back pain that lingered after ACL repair and has also nagging plantar fascitis that has bothered me for years. You will not get this level of attention or care at another facility. I continue to visit Endvr Health because I know of the commitment to help me achieve my health and fitness goals.
