  "To use the library and get a card you have to pay taxestbe a tax payer".....LOL....I never knew this lovely welfare state had only tax payers in their library. I pay FEDERAL and state taxes, but still cant get a card. You should be able to get a library card as a student with VALID UP TO DATE ID, PERIOD. I didn't see you all reinforcing ID laws for voter fraud in the state though.
