  Short summary:
  my dog passed away and I arranged to have her cremated here. Everything was perfect and the staff was extremely professional and caring; i felt like family. I even made a mistake and showed up to my cremation too early, but they took me in anyway even though it's against their operating procedures.
  
  Long Summary:
  Could not be happier with this place. My dog had passed away the day after Thanksgiving and I arranged to have her cremated the next week. The staff member on the phone (I believe was Laura?) made me feel comforted and was extremely professional and polite--not pushy whatsoever.
  
  I made a mistake and mis-remembered the time of my appointment; i came a couple hours too early. The lady at the front desk was kind and informed me of my mistake and Paul the funeral director still managed to prepare my dog's body and hold the service for me, even when I was clearly in the wrong. Paul was extremely professional, and explained every single thing he did so I was aware of where we were in the process.
  
  There was a private chapel viewing for me to be alone with my pet, and I paid a bit more to view the entire cremation (which was a couple hours). There are also collectibles you can purchase such as an imprint of you pets paw print, your pets nose print, etc. There are tons of these available, but they do not push you for the additional sales, which is thoughtful on their part.
  
  I am still grieving my loss, but I am beyond glad that I found this place; they really did treat me like family, and I would recommend their services to anyone who has lost a pet and wants to send them off in the best possible manner.
